RMS Back to School Night is Tomorrow (Tues 9/8), 5-7pm

Hi Coyote Commmunity,

We’d like to remind you that Roosevelt’s Back to School Night is happening tomorrow, Tuesday, 9/8, from 5-7pm.

• The schoolyard will be open for parking at 4:45pm. Enter on Palm St.
• The evening will kick off with a short presentation in the auditorium promptly at 5pm.
• After the presentation you'll follow your student’s schedule and have time to learn about each class and what your student will be learning. (Your students will bring home a schedule for you, but the school will also have extras. You can also access your student’s schedule on Parentvue.) 

This event is for parents and caregivers. We're unable to provide childcare.

8th Grade parents & caregivers: After your last “period” there will be a quick (optional) informational meeting in Room 303 about this year’s 8th grade camping trip. We'll share info about the trip, and about the support we need from you! If you can’t make the meeting, please check this past Friday's Coyote Pack Communication for a link to the Volunteer Sign Up.

Everyone: After Back to School Night please come down the street to Bella Trattoria to meet and mingle with other Roosevelt parents. This isn’t an official PTSA-sponsored event, but a lot of people usually take the opportunity to go out after Back to School Night, so we thought we’d suggest a meet-up spot and get people together. This is a great chance to meet other RMS parents, and very casual! Stop by for a quick iced tea or glass of wine, or stay for dinner. 

Bella Trattoria is located 2 blocks from RMS at 3848 Geary, between 2nd and 3rd Ave.

Please note everyone is responsible for their own food and drinks.

If you park on the schoolyard for Back to School Night, please move your car before coming over to Bella Trattoria.
