PTSA Expense Reimbursement
Do you have an expense that you'd like the PTSA to reimburse? Please follow the steps below. It is the same process for teachers, staff, and families who have items/costs that qualify for reimbursement.
Reimbursement checks will typically be ready within 10 business days after submission. Teacher/Staff checks will be placed in your respective mailbox. All others can find their checks in the PTA mailbox.
- Scan or photograph your receipts.
- Head to our online reimbursement form.
- Please submit one form per budget category.
- In the Description of Expense, write a brief description matching your reimbursement request and the total dollar amount of the request.
- Complete the form, attaching each respective receipt.
- Email [email protected] with questions.
