Over the years, the Roosevelt Middle School Parent Teacher Student Association (RMS PTSA) has worked hard to supplement the educational experience of all RMS students, as well as financially support teachers and staff. This year is no different!
Our annual fall fundraising drive has a goal of raising $105,000. We want to encourage as much participation as possible, so please send in your donation today. No amount is too small—or too big! Roosevelt PTSA donations are tax-deductible (Tax ID # 90-0809982) as allowable by law.
The PTSA Annual Fund supports the entire RMS community:
Facilities improvements (auditorium equipment, campus greening)
Enrichment lunchtime clubs (teacher honorariums and club supplies)
Theater programming
Teacher classroom stipends
Teacher appreciation events
Graduation activities and field trips

Who may give to the annual fund?
All current parents and guardians are welcome to give a gift to our school. (Our goal is at least 75% participation—ideally 100%). We also welcome donations from grandparents, alumni and alumni parents.
How much do families typically donate?
Our goal for the 2024-25 academic year is $105,000. Gifts of any amount are appreciated and vital to pay for the middle school programs and resources we want for our kids. In recent years, we have received donations ranging from $25 to $10,000. Please give at a level that is appropriate for your family. You can make a one-time donation or pledge an amount for monthly payments via Paypal.
What about corporate matching?
Double your gift with your company's matching program! Check with your HR department and ask about Corporate Matching. They should be able to provide you with a form.

When does the annual fund take place?
Roosevelt's annual fund takes place each fall. While we welcome donations at any time of year, we hope to meet this year's goal by the end of December.
How do I participate?
Donations can be given online via PayPal, or with a check/cash be dropped off in the RMS Office or mailed.
